My Name is Ben Heart, I’m a young guy from the Dutch part of Frisia trying to process life through art.

I started writing poetry at the age of 18 and have been active online since I was 21. Poetry provided me with a voice in a time where I didn’t think I had one. It has served as an escape from difficult times and has since become one of if not my greatest passion. The artworks I create, often with friends, serve as ‘album covers’ for my poetry.
